Subscription & billing
How much does it cost?
€50.00/month per business after a 7-day free trial. Discounts available for chain operators — contact support if you run more than one location.
How do I cancel?
Settings → Subscription → Manage Subscription. You'll be sent to Stripe's billing portal where you can cancel any time. Access continues until the end of your current paid period; we don't pro-rate refunds for unused days.
I changed my mind. Can I get a refund?
Subscription fees are generally non-refundable. If you believe you've been charged in error, email us and we'll review the case on its merits.
Where do I find my invoices?
For Greek B2B customers with VAT details on file: invoices are emailed to your accounting email address each month and are also accessible from your settings. For consumer accounts, Stripe sends a receipt to your account email.
Account & access
I forgot my password
If you signed up with email/password, email us — we'll send a reset link. If you signed up with Google or Apple, sign in via that provider — there's no separate password to reset.
Can I sign up the same email with both Google and Apple?
Yes. If both providers return the same email address, the second sign-in is automatically linked to the existing account. Both buttons will then sign you into the same dashboard.
How do I delete my account?
Settings → Account → Delete account. This anonymizes personal data within 30 days. Greek tax law requires us to keep certain invoicing records for 5 years, after which they're deleted too.
Can I export all my data?
Yes — Settings → Account → Export my data. You'll get a JSON download of everything we hold on your account.
Bookings & business
Can I have more than one business under one login?
Not currently. If you operate multiple locations, you'll need a separate account per location (you can use email aliases like owner+location1@yourcompany.com). Multi-business accounts are on the roadmap if there's enough demand.
How does my public booking page work?
Each business gets a public URL like kleinora.com/book/your-slug. Customers pick a service and time, leave their phone, and the booking lands in your dashboard's "Pending Approvals" by default. Toggle public booking off any time in Settings.
Something is broken
